Jojo (not a Fold)

JoJo
is not a fold as you can see. JoJo is a rescue kitty that my daughter
adopted a few years ago. JoJo came to us because she did not like the
new baby in the house at my daughters, so we added her to our menagerie
and she fits right in! We do not know how old JoJo is or what her
ancestry is but she is defiantly bobtail and something else. Although
you cannot see it in the picture, she is tailless! JoJo is the first
one at the food bowl and the last to leave, and she really enjoys her
catnip toys!
She is
currently doing very well in shows as a Household Pet!! |
Bethany (longhaired Fold)

Kat-Luha Katz Bethany of Loch Ness Pawz is a little Golden Patched
Tabby girl who is very petite and has an adorable little face! She is
lovable and likes nothing better than to sit in your lap, but try to
bathe her or cut her nails and she can turn into the Tasmanian devil!
Her nickname is Little Baby and because of her size she was spayed so
she would not have kids. She came from the Kat-Luha Katz cattery in
Londonderry, NH to become part of our family. Beth is 2 years old now. |
Polly (British Short Hair)

Polly is a new addition. She is
the new mommy of 6 new babies!! |
|
Tippie

Misty Folds Precious Princess Tippie also came to us from the Gorham, ME
cattery. She is our first fold that we had in our household. Once a
fold owns you, you can never have enough! Tippie adopts all the other
cats in the home and treats them all like her children. She was never
able to have any so she makes due with everyone else’s! Tippie is
almost 4 years old. |
Gwendolyn (Champion)

Lady Gwendolyn of Loch Ness Pawz is a blue fold from the same litter as Fidget.
She is just a big soft teddy bear of a cat and loves to sit on your lap
and purrrrrr. Gwen went to a few shows and became a registered
Champion, but would much rather stay at home. Gwen will be having her
second litter in November.. |
Mir'ear ([left]mom to all
kittens)

Mir’ ear,
who is the mother of the three litters I have had, is originally from
the Misty Folds Cattery in Gorham, ME. She is registered with CFF as a
Champion and came to our home because she wanted to be a mother instead
of doing shows anymore. She is the best mama cat and has gorgeous,
healthy litters. She is now almost 5 years old and will be retiring
from motherhood so she can laze around and get fat. Her full name is
Misty Folds Mjick Mir’Ear. |

Lucy (Persian)

Lucy Lou of Loch Ness Pawz, as you can see is not a Scottish fold. She
is an “old type” Persian without the pushed in nose that they have
today. I showed her in the Household Pet category with CFF last season
and she became a Master Grand Companion and was the third best HHP of
the year. She is the most loveable and fuzzy cat we have ever had.
Lucy also adopts the babies of the household and gives them their
baths. Lucy adopted Mir’Ears second litter because she had just lost
her own baby. She is now taking care of the new kittens to give Mir’ear
a break, a built in babysitter! Lucy is 2 years old. |
Midgie (Long-haired,
straight fold)

New addition to the household! |
Glory (RIP)

Glory was a little girl
that I brought home for my son for his 5th birthday. Some
kids had these poor little kittens in a big box carrying them around
trying to find them homes and she was just so funny looking with her
skinny, long nose and big ears that I could not resist. Glory was with
us for over 4 years until she started wanting to go outside. One day
she did not come back. With the wild animals in this area we feel that
she must have come to a sad end. We still miss Glory and hope she is
having fun over the bridge. |
